Modeling, optimization and techno-economic/environmental assessment of energy and refrigeration systems; heat pumps; refrigeration and air-conditioning systems; adsorption chillers; CO₂ applications and low-GWP refrigerants; waste heat recovery; geothermal and solar thermal energy utilization; thermal energy storage; advanced thermodynamic cycles; molecular thermodynamics and equations of state; artificial intelligence methods applied to energy systems; machine learning, digital twin, predictive control and predictive maintenance techniques for energy, industrial and specialized applications.
